Shipping policy

Shipping costs:

Tacksmith provides free standard shipping to any U.S address and PO Box including those located in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. 

Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping is included with any purchase and requires 2-day handling. Packages can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. Tacksmith is not responsible for delivery delays due to the shipping carrier.

Express Shipping:

Expedited Shipping is included with any multiple-quantity order, requires 1-day handling and comes with $100 insurance. Expedited Shipping can be purchased for single-quantity orders. Packages can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Tacksmith is not responsible for delivery delays due to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Insurance:

Tacksmith is not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during delivery. Once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package. $100 insurance is included with Express Shipping.

Tracking numbers are provided with your order.
